Chris Allen

Chris Allen, PE has experience working as an Associate Engineer and Senior Engineer at Alta Planning + Design, providing engineering design and construction documents for complete street projects. Prior to that, Chris worked as a Project Civil Engineer at Dewberry and volunteered at the Coalition for Smarter Growth. Chris holds a Master's degree in Community Planning from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
