Alexi A. Wellman

Alexi A. Wellman has been the Chief Financial and Accounting Officer at Altaba since December 2020. Prior to joining Altaba, Ms. Wellman served as the Board of Directors for TWC Tech Holdings II Corp. (SPAC) from September 2020 to August 2021. Ms. Wellman also served as the Board of Directors for MatMaCorp from April 2020 to December 2021.

Ms. Wellman has over 20 years of experience in financial and accounting leadership positions. Ms. Wellman served as the Chief Executive Officer of Altaba, Inc. from November 2018 until December 2020. Prior to joining Altaba, Ms. Wellman served as the Board of Directors for V2verify from November 2018 to December 2021. Ms. Wellman also served as the Board of Directors for Endurance International Group from April 2019 to February 2021.

Ms. Wellman began their career at the University of Cambridge where they received their Master of Accounting degree from the Judge Business School. After working in various accounting and finance positions, Ms. Wellman eventually became the Chief Financial and Accounting Officer at Altaba in December 2020.

Alexi A. Wellman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Business Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Alexi is currently pursuing a career in accounting.
