Chris Heringer has a diverse work experience in various companies. Chris started their career at Cincinnati Bell in 2004, where they held roles such as Communications Consultant, MP&T, Sr. Operations Manager, and Product Manager. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Guardian Alarm as the Director of Operations, overseeing various aspects of the business. Since 2017, they have been working at altafiber, starting as a Product Manager for Video Programming & Content, then progressing to the role of Senior Product Manager in the same area. Currently, Chris holds the position of Director - Customer Experience, Voice of Customer at altafiber.

Chris Heringer attended Morehead State University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Northern Kentucky University from 1998 to 2000, but did not pursue any specific degree or field of study.
