Carla Fava

Carla Fava has worked in the financial industry since 2015. Carla began their career at Dimensional Fund Advisors as an Institutional Intern in 2015, and then moved to a Consultant Relations Associate role in 2016. In 2018, they joined Innealta Capital as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operations Officer, where they were responsible for the oversight of the firm's compliance program. In 2019, they became a Founding Partner at LatEdge Ventures. In 2021, they joined Altafid as Chief Compliance Officer.

Carla Fava received their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2007. Carla then went on to receive their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Texas at Austin in 2015, majoring in Finance. Most recently, they obtained their Master of Science (MS) from The University of Texas at Austin in 2021, majoring in Computer Science.
