Jeff Zhang

Jeff Zhang is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in digital application management and data strategy. Currently serving in the Enterprise Platform Sustainment role at AltaGas Ltd. since January 2022, Jeff previously held key positions such as Head of IT at WGL Energy, where responsibilities included overseeing digital applications and data strategy, and IT Manager at Washington Gas Energy Services, focusing on system development and operational support. Jeff's earlier experience includes roles at Verizon, where support for telecom operations and database development were critical. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University.
