Sophie Kolterjahn

Sophie Kolterjahn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business continuity, organizational change management, and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Business Continuity Planning, Director of Organizational Change Management, and Director of Culture & Engagement at AltaGas Ltd. since January 2019, Sophie has held progressive roles including Senior Manager and Manager within the Human Resources department. Prior to that, involvement at Cenovus Energy from July 2011 to January 2019 included senior advisory roles in talent acquisition and culture engagement. Sophie's career began in education as a Learning Coach and Educator at Foothills School Division from 2005 to 2011. Sophie holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Education in French Immersion from the University of Alberta. Additionally, completion of the CCL Leadership Course further enhances Sophie's qualifications.
