Daniya Shumilkina

Daniya Shumilkina started their career as a PR manager at the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Russia in 2011. Daniya then moved on to work as a PR manager at RedBox Media in 2012. Following this, they became the Deputy Director of Press and PR Office at the Moscow Department of Transportation in 2013. In 2016, they joined the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) as the Head of Press Service, where they stayed until 2021. After that, they worked at The Pencil Agency as the Head of PR projects from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Communications at AltaIR Capital since 2022. Throughout their career, Daniya has gained expertise in public relations, marketing, event management, and social media.

Daniya Shumilkina completed their Specialist degree in Political Science at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2006 to 2011. Daniya then continued their studies in Political Science at the Higher School of Economics from 2011 to 2012.
