Mark D. Farrington

Mark D. Farrington has been the CEO of Altair Health since January 2021. Mark was previously the CEO of Mayfield Brain & Spine from October 2011 to January 2021, Culicchia Neurological Clinic from April 2008 to September 2011, Compass IPA from March 2006 to March 2008, Bienville Orthopedic Center from January 2005 to March 2006, and Orthopaedic Associates of Allentown from October 2002 to January 2005. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Neuro and Spine Center from May 2001 to October 2002 and the Regional VP of Specialty Care Network from January 1997 to April 2001.

Mark D. Farrington received their Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and their Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from the same school.
