Georgios Demirtsoglou

Georgios Demirtsoglou is a seasoned software development professional currently serving as a Lead Software Development Engineer at Altair since January 2014, with prior roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer within the HyperWorks - Core Development Team. Georgios holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed a Master’s degree in Software Systems Engineering at University College London. Notable contributions include a development project for Microsoft Research focused on enhancing cloud-based Big Data processing for the HomeOS/Lab of Things platform. Georgios also has a background in the Greek Special Forces and experience as a pianist at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki.
