Coleen Ducut-Encarnacion

Coleen Ducut-Encarnacion is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and technology. Currently serving as a Physician Services Advisor at Altais since July 2019, Coleen promotes relationships between Brown & Toland and community doctors to enhance patient care and support practice growth. In addition to this role, Coleen has been a Healthcare IT Trainer at Brown & Toland Physicians since January 2015, successfully training over 500 physicians on electronic health records and practice management systems. Coleen also operates a web design business, specializing in mobile-responsive websites. Previous roles include Technical Trainer at Apple and various customer service positions at Wells Fargo and Wachovia.
