James Kell

James Kell currently serves as the Manager of IT Business Applications at Altais, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, James worked as the Application Development Manager at the Health Plan of San Joaquin from July 2019 to March 2021, and as a Project Manager at CARDFREE for a brief period in late 2018. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley, between 1992 and 1997.
