Chris Dang

Chris Dang, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent development. Their most recent position was as a Talent Management Project Lead at AltaMed Health Services starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Development Specialist at Orora Packaging Solutions from January 2021 to December 2021. They also held positions as a Team Lead Performance Rater at SkillSource Learning Partners from July 2020 to October 2020, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Glidewell Dental from September 2018 to February 2019. Chris also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Hoag Executive Health from June 2018 to September 2018. They have also worked as an Organizational Consultant at Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, Inc. from January 2017 to July 2018 and as an External Consultant at The Workforce Consultants from November 2017 to March 2018. In addition, they have held roles as a Data Entry Clerk at CalAtlantic Homes from November 2015 to July 2016 and as a Recruitment Intern at Aflac from March 2015 to June 2015.

Chris Dang, Ph.D. completed their education in a chronological order. Chris started their academic journey in 2011 at UC Irvine, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences and another Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Psychology, which they completed in 2015.

Later, Chris pursued further specialized education at Alliant International University-Los Angeles. From 2016 to 2018, they earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology. Building upon this foundation, Chris went on to achieve a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Psychology from the same institution, which they completed in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Chris has also obtained a certification in the "Transformation Model for Change Practitioners" from Think Differently LLC in October 2019.
