Riley Romero has gained a diverse range of work experience. Riley began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Santa Clarita Home Health in 2015, where they worked until 2018. They then took on the role of Volunteer Project Coordinator at Life Care Centers of America from August 2019 to January 2020. In 2020, Riley joined California Rehabilitation Institute as a Therapy Coordinator, a position they held until February 2021. Most recently, Riley has been working at AltaMed Health Services, starting as an Administrative Assistant II from March 2021 to August 2022, and currently serving as a Project Coordinator.

Riley Romero, MHA has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Care Health and Society from the University of Arizona. They also hold a master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from West Coast University. In terms of additional certifications, Riley is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) obtained from the Project Management Institute in April 2022. They also acquired the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association in February 2021.
