The board of directors at AltaMed Health Services has a long history, with members having experience in a variety of industries. The board is made up of the founder of Holguin Law Group, a partner at Kelly Lytton Williams/ Messina, LLP, the founding partner at Miller & Holguin, and senior staff counsel - enforcement division at California Dept. Of Corporations. All members of the board have a corporate or business background, with a managerial economics degree from University of Southern California and a corporations/ business degree from University of California, Davis.
