Maggie Lee

Maggie Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Maggie is currently working as a Business Analyst at Altamira Technologies Corporation since November 2022. Before this, they worked as a Procurement Manager at Accenture Federal Services from January 2020 to November 2022.

Prior to that, Maggie held various roles at different companies. From December 2015 to January 2020, they worked at Novetta as a Manager Special Programs and Technical Project Lead. From March 2013 to December 2015, they were a Program Support/Business Transactions professional at Aperio Solutions, LLC.

Maggie also has experience in corporate governance and stock option plan administration. Maggie worked as a Corporate Governance/Stock Option Plan Administrator at both Ntrepid Corporation from December 2010 to December 2012, and Abraxas Corporation from January 2006 to December 2010.

Before transitioning into business roles, Maggie worked in the legal field. Maggie was a Senior Intellectual Property Specialist at Howery LLP from April 2005 to January 2006, and a Senior Corporate Paralegal/Intellectual Property Specialist at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from June 1995 to April 2005.

Maggie began their career as an International Tax Legal Assistant at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where they worked from July 1988 to June 1995. Their extensive work experience showcases their versatility and adaptability in different industries and roles.

Maggie Lee has completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Transactions from George Mason University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Allegheny College. Maggie also has a Legal Assistant Certificate from The George Washington University - College of Professional Studies.
