Tamara Payne has extensive work experience in the field of science and research. Tamara is currently working as a Principal Scientist at Altamira Technologies Corporation since 2022. From 1978 to 1981, Tamara Payne attended The University of Kansas and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.

From 1984 to 1988, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computational Physics & Astronomy at The University of Kansas.

Finally, from 1988 to 1993, they attended New Mexico State University where they attained a Ph.D. in Astronomy.
