Tamara Payne

Tamara Payne has extensive work experience in the field of science and research. Tamara is currently working as a Principal Scientist at Altamira Technologies Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Applied Optimization Inc., including Facility Security Officer from 2019-2022 and Principal Scientist from 2009-2022. Tamara worked at Wright State University as a Graduate Research Professor from 2015-2022. Tamara also worked as a Space Science Group Lead at Applied Optimization Inc. from 2014-2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Systems Engineer/Scientist at Boeing LTS from 2002-2009. Tamara's early career includes roles as a Research Associate at University of New Mexico from 2004-2006, Senior Scientist at Schafer Corporation from 1995-2002, Research Physicist (Optics) at Air Force Phillips Laboratory from 1991-1994, and Astrophysicist at Phillips Laboratory from 1991-1993.
