Jessica McCarthy

Jessica McCarthy is currently the Executive Assistant at AltaML. Jessica has over ten years of experience in customer service excellence initiatives and managing large projects. Jessica's previous role was IFS Excellence Manager at Air Canada where they were responsible for maintaining the IFS Business Plan and managing multiple employee engagement programs. Jessica has a proven track record of being an excellent communicator and coordinating virtual and in-person events. Jessica is extremely organized and detail oriented, which makes their an asset to any team.

Jessica McCarthy has a diploma in both international business and human resources from St. Clair College. Jessica also has a project management designation from Ryerson University.

Their manager is Cory Janssen, Co-Founder & Co-CEO. They are on a team with Claire Kay - External Relations Lead, Celia Wanderley - Chief Customer Officer, and Becky Luedtke - Sales Enablement Lead.
