Brad Fischtrom

Brad Fischtrom is an accomplished operating partner at Altamont Capital Partners, starting in June 2024. Prior to this role, Brad served as the Chief Operating Officer at Ledger Investing from August 2020 to June 2024. Brad's extensive experience at AIG from May 2010 to August 2020 encompassed multiple senior positions, including Chief Risk Officer for Global Commercial & North America General Insurance, Managing Director of Enterprise Risk Management, Director of Risk Aggregation and Scenario Analysis, and Risk Officer. Earlier in their career, Brad worked as a consultant at Towers Watson from July 2007 to May 2010 and held the position of Assistant Vice President at Aon Corporation from May 2003 to June 2007. Brad earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business between 1999 and 2003.
