Julio Luengas Guayda

Julio Luengas Guayda is an experienced telecommunications professional with a focus on network operations and incident management. Currently serving as Director of Tier1 NOC at Altán Redes since November 2021, Julio has also held the position of NOC Director for both Tier 1 and Tier 2. Prior to this role, Julio worked as Manager of the Customer Incident Center at Altán Redes from May 2018 to September 2021, and as Technical Support Manager at Maxcom for a brief period. With previous experience as IT & Operations Manager at Virgin Mobile México and as IT Manager at Ericsson, Julio has a strong background in MVNO operations and IT, specializing in charging system nodes and integrations. Academic credentials include an Engineer's Degree in Telematics from Universidad Tecnológica Americana and additional studies at Universidad Tecnológica de México and Universidad de Negocios ISEC.
