Raul Barragan is an experienced operations and business development leader with a robust background in logistics, compliance, and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Altar Produce, Raul oversees multiple departments for the leading grower and distributor of green asparagus and other commodities. Prior experience includes directing new business unit development and operations at Lorian Health, focusing on home health and hospice services in multiple markets, as well as roles in dealer development, marketing, and export operations at PACCAR. Raul's career also includes management positions in customs compliance and foreign trade consulting. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Commerce and Customs from Tecnologico de Baja California.
