Raymond Thompson, CNHA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Raymond currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Altea Healthcare since April 2022. Prior to this, Raymond was a Co-Owner at Post-Acute Solutions L.L.C. from November 2019 to May 2022. During their time at Post-Acute Solutions, they demonstrated exceptional performance in the Post-Acute/Long Term industry.

Before joining Post-Acute Solutions, Raymond was the President of Swenson HealthCare from December 2018 to November 2019. Raymond held various roles at Life Care Centers of America, including Senior Executive Director, Division Vice President, Regional Vice President, and Executive Director, from September 2016 to November 2018, June 2013 to September 2016, June 2011 to June 2013, and August 2007 to June 2011, respectively.

Raymond's earlier experiences include working as an Administrator at Bivins Memorial Home from October 2005 to August 2007. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at American Retirement Corporation, including Director of Companion Services, Assistant Director of Nursing, MDS Nurse, and Staff Nurse, from August 2001 to October 2005.

Raymond began their career in the United States Army as a 91C30 from April 1992 to July 2001.

Raymond Thompson, CNHA, obtained a Graduate Certification in Long Term Care Administration/Management from Texas State University in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Occupational Education with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University in 2004. In addition, they hold a Nursing Home Administrator certification from NAB, obtained in 2007. Raymond also has a certification as a Certified Nursing Home Administrator from The American College of Healthcare Administrators.
