Ritchie Pallaya

Ritchie Pallaya is a skilled manufacturing engineer with a robust background in production and process improvement. Since January 2022, Ritchie has worked at Altec as a Manufacturing Engineer II, focusing on enhancing production efficiency and developing work instructions. Prior experience includes serving as an Operations Team Lead at Blue Diamond Growers, where Ritchie supervised over 70 team members and significantly improved throughput. Ritchie also held positions at Diamond Foods, Inc. as a Process Engineer, contributing to packaging projects and product development, and as an Engineering Intern, where process optimization was a key focus.
