Yuqing Hailey Huang

Yuqing Hailey Huang is a Quality Engineer at Penumbra, Inc. since February 2020, where responsibilities include supporting the manufacturing of Class II and III medical devices, leading facility transfer projects, and managing technology transfer activities. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Dr. Daisuke Sato's Theoretical Cardiology Lab, simulating cardiac activities and prototyping devices, and working as an Application Developer on an augmented reality project to improve radiotherapy workflow at UC Davis. Additional roles include manufacturing a microscope, volunteering at the Sacramento VA Medical Center, mentoring middle school students in STEM, advising on campus safety for UC Davis Picnic Day, and assisting in research focused on Frontotemporal Dementia at UCSF. Yuqing Hailey Huang holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
