Teemu O. Virtanen

Teemu O. Virtanen currently serves as CEO of ALTEN Sweden and ALTEN Finland, positions held since January 2024 and October 2020, respectively. In addition, Teemu holds multiple directorships at ALTEN, including Director of ALTEN Nordics and Director of Industry Nordics since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Teemu was with Digia Plc for over a decade, progressing through various senior management positions and holding P&L responsibilities across multiple business portfolios. Earlier career roles include management and consulting positions at Sentera Oyj, TJ Group Plc, Suomen Automaatioseura Ry, Crew Media Finland Oy, and Casedev Active Oy. Teemu O. Virtanen earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki.
