Mustapha Ouahid

Mustapha Ouahid has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. In their current role as the Embedded System Business Unit Director at ALTEN MAROC since July 2022, they are responsible for overseeing the business unit's operations. Prior to this, from July 2020 to June 2022, they worked as the Manager for HR Development at the same company. In this role, they played a key role in formulating and implementing HR policies, managing the integration of new hires, and designing a training program to enhance the skills and professionalism of the human resources team.

Before joining ALTEN MAROC, Mustapha worked at ALTEN DELIVERY CENTER MAROC as the Quality and Training Manager from January 2019 onwards. Here, they were responsible for supporting training initiatives, identifying training needs aligned with the company's strategy, and proposing and validating a feasible and relevant training plan.

Prior to that, they served as the Quality Manager for Bouygues Télécom projects at ALTEN from September 2016, with responsibilities including implementing quality methods, proposing action plans, contributing to the project's development, and recruiting and training the assistance team.

Before joining ALTEN, Mustapha worked at Webhelp in various roles related to Bouygues Télécom projects. Mustapha served as a performance coach from March 2014 to August 2016, responsible for improving project performance. Prior to that, they were the Integration and Support Manager from April 2012 to April 2014, overseeing project integration and support activities.

Mustapha's earlier work experience includes positions at Webhelp as a Production Supervisor for Bouygues Télécom projects in January 2010, an Expert for Telecom Italia Alice project from December 2008 to January 2010, and a Customer Care Representative for the Alice project from November 2006 to December 2008.

Mustapha Ouahid's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Faculté de science dhar mehraz Fès. Mustapha studied and completed their 3ème année in the field of Physique chimie in 2004. In 2002, Mustapha enrolled at Institut supérieur des technologies appliquées maroc, where they pursued a Technicien spécialisé en développement informatique degree. Mustapha successfully completed their studies in 2004. Later, in 2017, Mustapha attended Université Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah École Nationale des Sciences Appliquées, where they obtained a licence professionnelle in Ingénierie Logicielle in 2018.
