Paweł Sowiński

Paweł Sowiński is a Senior Software Developer at ALTEN Polska since March 2023, responsible for developing key features, unifying CI/CD processes, and acting as a technical leader and mentor for other developers. Paweł has successfully launched a new sales channel that increased revenue and is involved in the recruitment process as a technical subject matter expert. Previous experience includes roles as a Software Development Engineer at Cornerstone OnDemand, where Paweł developed a full-stack smart calendar feature and presented achievements to the executive board, and as a Junior Application Developer at Saba Software, working on HR applications for the Arabic market. Paweł's technical expertise spans a diverse tech stack, including NextJs, React, Java, and Docker. Paweł holds a degree from AGH University of Krakow.
