Melissa Lima

Melissa Lima is a seasoned Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist Consultant with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical cannabis sectors. Currently employed at ALTEN Portugal since March 2022, Melissa has previously held senior roles at Boehringer Ingelheim and Sanofi, contributing deep expertise in EQMS, regulatory compliance, and GxP qualification. Throughout a career that began at Pfizer in 2005, Melissa has managed diverse QA teams, led audits and inspections, and developed automation documentation and workflow proposals. Educational credentials include a Pharmacy degree from Universidade Federal do Paraná and a postgraduate degree in Quality and Productivity Management from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz.
