Eric Payan

Eric PAYAN has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric started their career as a Technicien systèmes et réseaux at Groupecyber from October 2000 to June 2003. Eric then joined ALTEN, where they held various roles including Technicien systèmes et réseaux from July 2003 to February 2005, Administrateur systèmes et réseaux from March 2005 to January 2008, Superviseur Administration Système from February 2008 to February 2010, IT System Manager from March 2010 to March 2014, and IT Projects Manager from April 2014 to July 2019. Eric then transitioned to the role of End User Support Manager & local ISSO at ALTEN from July 2019 to December 2019. After that, they served as the End User Support Manager at ALTEN from January 2020 to December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of End User Support Manager & CIO Group governance coordinator at ALTEN, starting in January 2022. Throughout their career, Eric has been responsible for managing end-user service support teams, ensuring daily operations, and implementing transformation plans in collaboration with various teams. Eric also has experience in people management, incident management, request management, printing service, and providing support for various technology devices.

Eric Payan has a diverse education history. Eric obtained a Mastère Spécialisé® in Management des Systèmes d’Information en Réseaux (MSIR) with a focus on Systèmes d’Information from ESSEC Business School and Télécom Paris from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended AFTI from 2000 to 2002 and earned a degree as an Exploitant de réseaux d'entreprise in the field of Informatique. In 1997 and 1998, Eric studied Chemistry at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) and received a DUT degree. Additionally, they hold a certification in Green Belt Lean Six Sigma from CUBIK, obtained in the year 2023.
