Guillaume Bailly

Guillaume BAILLY has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the automotive industry. Guillaume is currently working as a Project Director at ALTEN. Prior to this, they worked at SEGULA Technologies as a BU Director & Key Sector Manager, where they managed profit centers, increased turnover, and improved offshore ratio and profitability. Before that, they served as the Head of Department at D2T/FEV, where they were responsible for a powertrain engineering department and successfully increased turnover. Guillaume also worked as a Project Leader - System Calibration at Bosch, an Engine Calibration Engineer & Team Manager at AVL, and an Automotive Engineer on a project for Renault at MATIS. Guillaume also had internships at Grupo Renault España, MONTUPET SA, and Sonovision Group, where they gained valuable experience in various departments and roles.

Guillaume Bailly earned a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from ISAT between 1999 and 2004. Guillaume later pursued further studies in the same field at Escuela Tecnica Superior De Ingenieros Industriales from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained another engineering degree.
