Altenar is a provider of sportsbook software and services to licensed gaming operators. Ranging from ‘software-only’ product offers to the provision of a fully-managed sports betting platform stack, Altenar offers proven stability coupled with a flexible and personalized service. Our software is developed and operated in-house, whilst being powered by premium quality data feeds.

We are looking for a Business Support Operator. Business Support Operator position is the "front line" in terms of communication, response and resolution of all clients' queries and demands (B2B) in order to maintain the high standards of customer service. As a part of the team you will be responsible for following and adopting Altenar's policies and rules of sports book events offered.

We are an international company with offices in the Isle of Man, Malta, Russia, Greece and Georgia. We would be delighted if you would be part of our team in Uruguay.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer support: provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers;

  • Betting information: offer accurate information regarding betting options, odds, promotions, and events to help customers make informed decisions.

  • Issue resolutions: investigate and resolve customers complaints, disputes, and technical issues effectively, striving for a positive resolution in a timely manner.

  • Product knowledge: stay up-to-date with the latest betting industry trends, products, and services to provide informed support to customers.

  • Liaising with internal departments.

  • Feedback handling: collect and relay customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support within the betting industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of sports and betting is necessary
  • Proficiency in spoken English
