Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated Product Manager to join our growing team and help us continue developing and improving our products.
This role will have two closely related parts. The first parts will be working with the service management team and requires hands-on planning, the ability to track deliverables, identify opportunities for improvement and communicate effectively across functional groups.
In the second part you will be working closely with the product, operations and account management teams, evaluating our products, listening to customer’s needs and defining new product features.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare product requirements documents
Evaluate our products and newly added features
Developing project scopes and objectives while acting as a primary stakeholder
Act as the primary point of contact for project status
Communicate with project teams (development, UI/UX, QA) consisting of members from multiple groups and locations.
Evaluate stories from clients, operators and other stakeholders and understand how to translate them into product features.
Contribute to the documentation of our existing tools and processes
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a sportsbook product department as a Product Manager
Complete understanding of software development life cycle
Understanding of the sportsbook landscape (data providers, feed providers, PAMs)
Understanding of the day to day sportsbook operations
Fully proficient in English
Math or Programming backgrounds are preferable
Previous experience with UI/UX is considered as a plus
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects, with changing priorities
Ability to interact with all levels of managers and end-users in the organization
