Before joining the Group in July 2008, Beata executed a location strategy related to centralizing and offshoring functions. As a cultural change champion with solid leadership qualities and collaboration, Beata developed strong teams and partnerships. She has extensive experience in driving and maintaining best-in-class client service principles in a rapidly changing environment. She has more than 20 years of experience in capital markets, diverse debt structures, and risk mitigation. Prior to that, she managed the Bank Loan Closing team within LaSalle Bank's Global Securities and Trust Services CDO group. Under Beata's leadership at LaSalle, her team fashioned an impressive record of superior customer service and created scalable bank loan processing platforms.
Beata has also held similar roles at Bank of America and LaSalle Bank.
