Dheeraj Rao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success management and technical support within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Principal Client Success Manager and Technical Support for EMEA at Altera Digital Health since May 2022, Dheeraj is responsible for enhancing customer adoption of EHR products. At Allscripts, where Dheeraj has worked since August 2008 in various roles including Manager of Client Success Management and Technical Support Manager, key responsibilities have included leading implementation journeys, managing a team of analysts, overseeing database management, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals through strategic IT leadership.
