Damian Rutkowski

Damian Rutkowski is an experienced maritime engineer with a comprehensive background in marine engineering roles across various companies. Currently serving as a 3rd Engineer Officer at Altera Infrastructure since April 2022, Damian has previously held positions as a 4th Engineer Officer at FLEX LNG and Shell, and as a 3rd Engineer Officer at Dulam International Limited. Early career experiences include roles at Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd, Wilhelmsen Group, and other maritime companies, showcasing a steady progression through ranks from Assistant Engineer to Motorman and Engineer Cadet. Damian earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Marine Power Plants Operation from The Maritime University of Szczecin, completed in 2016.
