Elaine Brandão has a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and a Technical Education in Administration. With a background in maritime HR, Elaine has worked in various companies such as Altera Infrastructure, New Fortress Energy, Golar Power, and more, in roles such as Crew Coordinator, Crewing Manager, and Senior Training Analyst. Elaine has extensive experience in managing Brazilian crew members, coordinating crew changes, controlling certifications, scheduling trainings, and handling logistics for crew operations. In addition to their work experience, Elaine has pursued postgraduate studies in Brazilian Labor Law, Corporate ESG Management, and Maritime Law, as well as a Master's in Business Administration focused on People Management.
