Petar Krstic

Petar Krstic is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Lead Mechanical Engineer at Altera Infrastructure since June 2023, Petar previously held roles at Saipem and ENI, where expertise was provided in rotating equipment supervision and mechanical coordination for major FPSO projects. A background in mechanical commissioning and engineering support spans multiple international projects from 2002 to 2023, including significant contributions to tanker to FPSO conversions and refinery maintenance. Notable achievements include implementing system improvements, overseeing pre-commissioning and commissioning processes, and enhancing operational efficiency through SAP system development. Petar holds a diploma in Steam Boiler & Rotating Equipment Mechanics from Nikola Tesla High School, completing studies from 1975 to 1979.
