Slobodan Kecic (Bobi)

Slobodan (Bobi) Kecic is a seasoned professional in the maritime and offshore industry with extensive experience in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) management and ship recycling. Currently serving as Senior HSSE & Human Rights Manager for the Baleine phase II project at Altera Infrastructure since March 2020, Slobodan manages the conversion of FPSO and FSO assets and oversees ship recycling programs, having successfully managed the recycling of 18 vessels. Previous roles at Teekay included Program Manager Ship Recycling, Marine, HSEQ and Training Superintendent, and Senior Quality Assurance & Training Officer, highlighting expertise in risk management and training across marine operations. Slobodan's career began as a 1st engineer on tanker vessels, supporting a strong technical foundation in marine engineering, backed by education from Marine College Split and certification from the British Standards Institute.
