The team that founded Alterest has a history of working in data and finance. The head of data at MarketInvoice and a senior quantitative analyst/strategist at Capula Investment Management LLP both have degrees in computational finance from Carnegie Mellon University. The other member of the team, a quantitative analyst at Schonfeld, has an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Science.
