Gozde Kanal has over 18 years of work experience in the corporate sector. Gozde began their career in 2002 as a Corporate Communications Assistant at AstraZeneca. In 2003, they joined Eli Lilly and Company as a Commercial Sales Specialist. In 2005, they moved to IQVIA as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for planning and managing associated work operations, ensuring the delivery of deliverables within allocated timeframe, and identifying and monitoring process improvements. In 2013, they joined Abbott EPD as a Business Excellence and Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst, where they monitored sales team performance, drafted IQVIA based sales and marketing reports, and prepared and managed IQVIA tables for sales teams on weekly and monthly basis. In 2015, they joined EMF Motor as a Marketing Manager, where they were engaged in increasing customers by using digital channels, creating and managing digital accounts of the company, and analysing annual sales quota and managing marketing budget. Gozde is currently working at Alterna CX as a Customer Success Manager since 2022.

Gozde Kanal obtained their Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Marmara University between 1999 and 2003. Gozde then went on to earn an Executive MBA in Marketing from Istanbul Technical University between 2004 and 2005. Gozde has also obtained several certifications, including Digital Marketing Communication from Istanbul Bilgi University in July 2013, Digital Ethnography from Istanbul Bilgi University in June 2013, Usability & User Experience Design from Kadir Has University in June 2013, Creative Writing from Istanbul Bilgi University in May 2013, Neuromarketing from Sales Brain- Patrick Renvoise in November 2012, and E-Commerce from Coproline in June 2012.
