Mariana Perdomo

Mariana Perdomo is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in project management and community development. Currently serving as Coordinadora de Proyectos de Impacto at Alterna since April 2023, Mariana focuses on defining and executing impactful projects in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. Previous experience includes roles as a Psychologist at Consejo Nacional de Adopciones and Hogar Miguel Magone, where responsibilities involved providing therapeutic support and creating group initiatives for children and adolescents. Mariana has also worked at TECHO - Guatemala, where positions included Coordinadora de Promoción Comunitaria and Sub-directora de Formación y Voluntariado, emphasizing community capacity building and volunteer management. Educationally, Mariana holds a Master in Direction of Business and Project Management from EUDE Business School, a Master in Social Intervention from Universitat de Barcelona, and has completed Licenciaturas from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
