Michaela Suter

Michaela Suter currently serves as Management Executive and Area Head of Investments at Alternative Bank Schweiz since November 2025. Prior to this, Michaela held several significant roles at Vontobel from October 2016 to October 2025, including Executive Board Member and Head of Institutional Solutions. Michaela's experience also includes a tenure as Investment Services Manager at Zurich Insurance, where responsibilities involved the development and facilitation of Learning & Development programs, as well as implementing people analytics. Earlier career positions encompass leadership roles at Credit Suisse, managing client services and fund solutions, along with product management at LGT Private Banking. Michaela began a career in education as a lecturer in economics and has provided financial consultancy services. Michaela holds a Lic. oec. HSG from the University of St. Gallen and a Master of Advanced Studies in Secondary and Higher Education from the University of Zurich.
