Edel James

Edel James has a work experience starting in 2002 at Waterways Ireland, where they worked as an IT Systems Administrator until November 2004. Edel then became an IT Infrastructure Project Manager from November 2004 until November 2007. In 2007, they joined Alternative Futures Group as a Senior ICT Manager and held the position until December 2012. From January 2013 onwards, they assumed the role of Head of IT at Alternative Futures Group.

Edel James obtained a BA Hons degree in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. They later pursued an MSC in E-business and IT from Ulster University from 2000 to 2001. In addition, Edel James obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from QA Ltd in 2021.
