Paul Taylor MCIPD, MSc has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul is currently serving as the Head of Learning & Organisational Development at Alternative Futures Group, a leading charitable provider of Learning Disability and Mental Health support services. Paul Taylor also gained valuable experience at Stanley Racing Ltd (Stanleybet), where they served as the Head of Learning & Development, leading the Training & Development department across the Stanley business. Paul was responsible for redesigning the training and development approach for both the retail estate and senior leaders.

Earlier in their career, Paul Taylor worked at Caudwell Group as the Group Training Manager and at NatWest in various customer service, administration, and managerial roles.

Paul Taylor MCIPD, MSc has a strong educational background with a Master's Degree in People and Organisation Development, which they obtained from Roffey Park Institute from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Personnel & Development from St Helens School of Management between 1997 and 2000.

Further, Paul Taylor graduated from Ormande High School from 1981 to 1986, where they likely obtained their GCEs.
