Adriana Mendez

Adriana Mendez has a diverse and comprehensive work experience in accounting. Adriana started their career as a Semi Senior Finance Auditor at KPMG Alcaraz Cabrera Vázquez, where they conducted financial auditing and monitored internal controls. Adriana then worked as an Account Receivable Analyst at General Motors Venezolana C.A, focusing on debt collection management and tax credits recovery. Subsequently, at the same company, they held the roles of Senior Accountant Analyst, US GAAP Coordinator, and Accounts Receivable Supervisor, where they ensured compliance with accounting policies, managed the accounting closing schedule, and coordinated commercial procedures and sales. Adriana then worked at goTRG as a Technical Accountant Specialist and Accounts Receivable Team Lead, handling intercompany accounts reconciliation and suggesting process improvements. Adriana also contributed to AR aging analysis and doubtful account collection. At Stimwave, they served as a Junior Staff Accountant, performing general ledger entries, payment preparations, and accounting procedure analysis. Adriana was also responsible for researching and interpreting financial data. Prior to their most recent role as an Accounting Supervisor at Control Techniques, where they worked from 2021 to 2023, Adriana served as a Corporate Staff Accountant at KB Electronics. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Accounting Manager at TheKey, starting in 2023.

Adriana Mendez attended Universidad de Carabobo from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Lic. Contaduría Pública. In 2010, they furthered their education by completing a Diplomado en Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera NIIF at FUNDA CEATE Universidad de Carabobo.
