Lucas started their career as a Business Analyst and later worked as a Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in strategy and operations. Lucas then briefly joined 8 Rivers Capital as an Associate before transitioning to a role as a Strategy & Operations Consultant for the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles 2015. Lucas also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Moelis & Company and as an MBA Associate at Striker Partners, focusing on private equity investments. Lucas further expanded their expertise as a Partner at Pediatric Therapy Centers of America. Currently, Lucas serves as the Director of Corporate Development for TheKey, leading M&A efforts for the home care services industry. Additionally, they hold a position as a Council Member at MedShare, a humanitarian aid organization.
