Michelle Arsate

Michelle Arsate has extensive experience in the home care and senior living sectors, currently serving as a Home Care Liaison at TheKey since June 2022. In this role, Michelle focuses on building and maintaining referral relationships, acquiring new clients, and ensuring overall satisfaction with services while coordinating with local teams. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Director of Marketing and Community Relations at Civitas Senior Living, where responsibilities included creating positive first impressions for prospective residents and following up on inquiries. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Comfort Keepers, where Michelle implemented quality improvement programs and led staff development, as well as overseeing HR functions such as the full recruitment life cycle for caregivers.
