Jesse Naccarato

Jesse Naccarato has a diverse work experience with a focus on coaching and leadership roles. Jesse started their career in 2009 as a Football Player at Randolph-Macon College and played until 2012. In 2013, they joined Spotsylvania County Schools as the JV Head Football Coach at Riverbend High School. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Varsity Assistant Coach at Riverbend High School. In 2017, they worked as the Varsity Assistant Football Coach at Spotsylvania High School. Jesse also gained experience outside of the sports field by working at Alternative Paths Training School from 2013 to the present. Jesse started as a Program Facilitator and progressed to become a Team Leader, Training Assistant, and Pod Manager. Most recently, they hold the position of Regional Program Director at Alternative Paths Training School, starting in January 2020.

Jesse Naccarato completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business from Randolph-Macon College between 2009 and 2013.
