Ron Carr

Ron Carr is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (TheRide) since August 2024 and as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Alternatives For Girls since October 2019. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Michigan Humane Society, where significant cost reductions were achieved in health insurance and overtime expenses, and Director of Human Resources at United Way for Southeastern Michigan, where a fundamental culture change was implemented.
