Breda Walsh

Breda Walsh has extensive work experience in the field of research and operations. Breda is currently employed as the Director of Research Operations at Alterome Therapeutics, Inc since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute as a Laboratory Manager from March 2017 to March 2022. Before joining Sanford Burnham Prebys, they were a Research Associate/Lab Manager at UCSD from January 2007 to March 2017. Breda also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital from May 2002 to August 2004.

Breda Walsh completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Evolutionary Biology at San Diego State University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology with a Specialization in Marine Science from Boston University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Breda Walsh obtained the "Microsoft Collaboration: SharePoint, Teams, and Groups" certification from LinkedIn in May 2020.
