Diane Neville

Diane Neville is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Alterra Mountain Company since March 2025, Diane previously held the same title at Shake Shack from June 2019 to March 2025, and at THE PIADA GROUP from October 2015 to May 2019. Additional roles include Sr. Vice President of People Resources at Shake Shack and Director of Human Resources at Grimaldi's Pizzeria and P.F. Chang's China Bistro. Diane began a career in human resources at McKesson and Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, with foundational experience as an Integrated Benefits Representative at Aon. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Providence College.
